A sunday walk in a sunny Paris… (NØ) brings you to the home of the famous artist Eugène Delacroix. You know, the painter of « La Mort de Sardanapale » (« The Death of Sardanapalus »), « Les scènes des Massacres de Scio » (« The Massacre at Chios »), « La Nature morte aux Homards » (« Still Life with Lobsters ») or the equally well-known « La Liberté guidant le peuple » («Liberty Leading the People»)…

After a walk along the Seine…

You end-up at Furstenberg square, one of those little quite and romantic spots that makes Paris … Paris! In the heart of Saint-Germain-des Prés.

This has been the last address of the painter, where he lived from 1857 to 1863, year of his death.

Enter into the artist’s apartment and workshop located in the middle of a secret-and-beautiful courtyard hidden at the back of the building.
